I have yet to experience these beautiful looking pops but trust me...I WILL! I'm counting the days until summer so I can indulge in every flavor. I work uptown and only venture downtown to the village in the summer months but I've passed the word on your incredible Popbar shop since i first read about you in the papers.

In what seems to be the ‘Gelato Corner of NYC’ Pop-Bar is a refreshing change from the normal cup and spoon. The flavor was fresher than we were prepared for and it was great to know we were having something healthy while also having a blast from the past eating from a stick!
