At popbar we proudly use natural ingredients to offer a traditional gelato experience filled with an abundance of taste and fun in each bite.

• Ice Cream has a high percentage of cream, resulting in more calories and more fat. NOT POP

• Gelato uses more milk than cream, saving you from very unfriendly calories. VERY POP

• Ice Cream consists of more air (upwards of 50%!), significantly compromising authentic taste and flavor. NOT POP

• Gelato uses less air to create a denser and richer product that is full of flavor, but light on your palate (and gentler on your scale). VERY POP

Our basic flavors of popGelato are Banana, Chocolate, Coconut, Coffee, Cream, Gianduia, Hazelnut, Mint, Peanut Butter, Pistachio and Vanilla. Premium combinations and special flavors rotate on a daily basis to offer a wide selection.

As for popSorbettos, try our Lemon, Mango, Mixed Berries, Orange, Peach, Pineapple, Strawberry or one of the many flavors that rotate depending on the seasonal fresh fruit selection.

Each location sources top quality milk and fruit supplies that comply with our strict quality standards to guarantee the freshness and lightness to which you are accustomed.

All popbars are free of any artificial colors and preservatives and are made in house.

All popGelato, popSorbetto and YogurtPops are freshly made in house throughout the day in our visible popLab.

Feel free to take a peek while our Popologists produce small batches of 26 popbars at a time using 100% all-natural ingredients. Our Popologists take pride not only in making popbars, but also in serving them according to your specifications.

No, we do not use any corn syrup to pop our popbars.
