Popbar is an artisan gelato pop concept founded in New York City. We handcraft gelato, sorbetto, and yogurt pops using premium ingredients — the same way Italian gelato has been made for generations. Every pop is dipped in chocolate and finished with your choice of toppings.

What is the difference between gelato and ice cream?

Gelato is made with more milk and less cream than ice cream, churned at a slower speed to incorporate less air. The result is a denser, more intensely flavored product with a smoother texture. Popbar gelato contains no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.

Are your products vegan or dairy-free?

Our popSorbetto line is 100% dairy-free and vegan. Made with real fruit purees and cane sugar, sorbetto pops contain no milk, cream, or animal products. Our popGelato and popYogurt lines contain dairy.
