• Gelato uses more milk than cream, saving you from very unfriendly calories. VERY POP
• Ice Cream consists of more air (upwards of 50%!), significantly compromising authentic taste and flavor. NOT POP
• Gelato uses less air to create a denser and richer product that is full of flavor, but light on your palate (and gentler on your scale). VERY POP
Our basic flavors of popGelato are Banana, Chocolate, Coconut, Coffee, Cream, Gianduia, Hazelnut, Mint, Peanut Butter, Pistachio and Vanilla. Premium combinations and special flavors rotate on a daily basis to offer a wide selection.
As for popSorbettos, try our Lemon, Mango, Mixed Berries, Orange, Peach, Pineapple, Strawberry or one of the many flavors that rotate depending on the seasonal fresh fruit selection.
