Common questions
How long do the pops stay frozen?
Our pops travel in insulated packaging and stay solid for 45-90 minutes at room temperature. For events longer than an hour, we recommend our on-site cart service.
Are there vegan and dairy-free options?
Yes — every sorbetto pop is 100% vegan and dairy-free. Many gelato pops can also be swapped for a sorbetto equivalent.
Can I customize the colors and toppings?
Absolutely. Our Custom Colors program lets you match your brand or event palette exactly. Minimum order and lead time apply.
Do you deliver in NYC?
Yes — we deliver to all five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, for a $20 flat fee. Pickup from our Midtown kitchen at 15 West 38th Street is free. Enter your ZIP code at checkout to confirm your address is covered.
What's the minimum order for custom pops?
The Custom Colors program starts at 50 pops. For fully branded packaging and sticks, the minimum is 100 pops.

How many pops do I need?
One pop per guest for dessert, or two if pops are the only sweet. Packs run from 6 to 105 pops. Orders under 40 pops arrive in a reusable Popbar thermal bag at no charge; larger orders ship in insulated boxes.
