Shipping & Order Processing

Pop Bar LLC ships our products throughout the United States using UPS, FedEx and USPS as our third party shipping carriers. Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States. We will not deliver to PO Boxes.

Pop Bar LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered. The shipping carrier may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.

Local Delivery

Orders can be delivered using various local courier services near our Pop Bar stores nationwide. Please communicate any specific delivery date requests to us via email or give us a call at 212-444-8141

We highly recommend that you select a time when someone will be available to accept your Local Delivery package. If our 1st Delivery Attempt is unsuccessful, our Customer Service Team will reach out to you to schedule a 2nd delivery attempt in a future delivery window. ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY.

Order Pick Up

Orders may be picked up at Popbar's PopLab located at 15 West 38th Street, New York, NY 10018. Please email or give us a call at 212-444-8141 to place an order.

Freshness Guaranteed

For best results, our products should be placed in the freezer upon arrival and consumed within 8 weeks. Color may vary slightly from photographs shown as our products are made by hand.


Due to the perishable nature of our products, Pop Bar LLC does not accept returns. Circumstance pending, Pop Bar LLC will issue a credit or re-order.

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team within 2 days of when the package was received. You must provide a photo and detailed description of the issue and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your Pop Bar LLC purchase..

Due to the perishable nature of our product, all claims submitted after the 48 hour delivery window or without proper photo or order number will not be eligible for return, refund or reship.


Orders may not be cancelled within two business days of the ship or pick-up date. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact our Customer Service Team or call us at 212-444-8141 immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.

Special Orders & Large Quantities

When ordering quantities, greater 200 popbars, please place your order at least 14 days prior to your desired delivery date.
