How much does Popbar event catering cost?

Pricing starts at $3.50/pop for mini pops and $5.75/pop for gelato. Most 200-person events total $1,400–$2,300 before optional add-ons like custom sticks (+$1/pop), staffing ($30/hr), and cart rental ($600).

Does Popbar do events outside New York?

Yes. We serve NYC, the Bay Area (LA, SF, Berkeley), Miami, Atlanta, and ship nationwide for select event formats. Delivery fee of $60 applies.

What is the minimum order for a Popbar event?

Most events start at 50 guests for practical logistics. Contact us for smaller gatherings — we'll do our best to accommodate.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend 2 weeks minimum for custom sticks and wrappers; 1 week for standard events. Contact us for short-notice availability — we sometimes can accommodate.

What's included in the event service?

We bring the cart, dry ice, staff, and product. You provide the venue and guests. Optional add-ons: custom engraved sticks, branded wrappers, umbrella decorations.
